The rooms were clean and tidy The staff was very cooperative

I like the amenities of Lokal Theme and the view of river was good, also the staff was very cooperative. I reached in hotel late night restaurant was closed, but the staff arrange meal for us from outside, which was quite better to fill up the tummy.

After making my booking for LOKAL through booking.com, I was immediately reached out to by the LOKAL team in the Karachi office who then connected me with Mr. Anees who was the host at the Mingora, Swat location. Anees was an incredibly helpful host who made my trip not only extremely enjoyable and comfortable but also possible. It was his awareness of local road conditions that allowed me to plan my trip and logistics in advance. He also connected me with an excellent local driver, Kamran, to take me to Malam Jabba, and also provided local food recommendations. Both of these things made my trip extremely pleasant. The rooms were very clean and I got exactly what I was promised in the pictures. There was hot water at the hotel too which was greatly appreciated in the close to 0 degrees celsius weather, and the inverter A/C helped to keep the room warm (although it took a while for the room to properly heat up).
