Hot water and excellent staff made my stay a ok. I came for business and a little sight seeing. This place fits the bill. No view, but that wasn't why I came. I just needed a place to stay that was clean and that had hot water and wifi. This place has those things.
I stayed here for two nights after finishing a bicycle trip. The hotel is located on the outskirts of David but it's easy to walk downtown relatively quickly. The staff cleaned my room each day. The hotel seems to mostly be trucks stopping for the night. The room was a little small, but the A/C was strong and the staff was helpful.
Good room, good shower, parking close to Hotel, good service, when I'll come next time to David, Panama, I will visit this Hotel again
we stayed 1 night in a transit through David. the hotel Residencial panamericano is a motel style accommodation. rooms are basic and clean with a soap bar and towel per person. hot water showers and good Wi-Fi. friendly staff at reception. very easy location, only about 2 km to the bus terminal so easily accessible by taxi or car. there is a 24 hour petrol station next door which has food, drinks, and seating which is super convenient. it’s situated on a busy main road, so there are a lot of cars , but it feels safe and the buildings nearby new and modern.
