Nice location, and quiet even though its next to the big highland's highway. It gets super busy but the staff were very polite and provided timely service. Loved the bed and pillows, so comfortable.
The pizza at the restaurant, and the room service was excellent. I also enjoyed the coffee shop there.
The staff is really friendly. They (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) helped us with everything we needed.
The general manager found a guide for us, so we were able to visit villages and many natural places.
Blending with nature, cool and serene stay environ. Good walk through passage well cured with flower and exotic plantation. Wide open lawns with outdoor seating. One can immerse in self to relax well from stress.
The staff were excellent. Room was clean and the restaurant was adequate. Restaurant staff were very good.
