Great atmosphere, Amazing stuff, Aldo is an amazing owner that gives amazing tips for hikes in the area. The best hostel kitchen that I seen in the entire world! Super comfy beds

We loved the warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere of the hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed in both a dorm and a private. Showers were good and had hot water, towels provided. Beds were warm. I didn't use much of the kitchen facilities. The location is very ideal and very close to lots pf bars, restaurants, and where many of the buses and colectivos meet. One of the older members of the staff was very helpful with information on how to access some of the trails.

There is a wonderful sense of community, lots of spots to gather and meet fellow travelers. Don't book your trecks/hikes/adventures until you chat with Aldo, he will help you find the right company. There is a full kitchen to use, and lots of space to hang out. I would recommend this spot to anyone to stay for a day or a month!!

I chose to stay at Aldo's because I was traveling alone and thought it would be a good place to meet other people. And it was! Aldo is an extremely helpful host and really helps to facilitate a sense of community in the hostel. I ended up meeting some wonderful people who I went on hikes with. Aldo was also great about helping me set up different excursions--including hiking, mountaineering, and also rock climbing. I had so many options and it was all so easy to coordinate. I would definitely recommend Aldo's to single travelers or groups who want to meet others or have a one-stop-shop for excursion coordination.
