Everyone was very helpful and welcoming, comfortable and clean rooms.

There are so many things to love about this place - the rooms are spacious and super clean, the bed was so big and comfortable, the colonial style of the hotel, the rooftop views while having a great breakfast, and finally the staff which were all so kind and helpful with literally everything!

On a long trip through Peru and Argentina, it was great to have an at home like experience. Big comfortable house with beautiful roof terrace with sunny views of at least two volcanos. Breakfast served up there, coffee, fresh fruit, rolls, eggs. Lobby has a big table and a living alcove with lots of books to enjoy. Soft drinks, beer, wine available along with hot water for tea. Laundry service. Quiet for sleeping. Just ask staff for anything. They are available during the day and evening. Great security as everyone must buzzed in. Affluent neighborhood, safe 15 min walk or 5 min taxi to center. Host, Eddy speaks excellent English and is knowledgeable and friendly. Most guests are from Europe.

The property is elegant and very tasteful in design and presentation. In addition to beautiful rooms, there is a rooftop patio, where they serve breakfast that has exceptional views, and great furnishings as well.

I was surprised to find that this hotel is right in the middle of a neighborhood on a busy street and not set apart. The closed windows did a good job keeping the traffic noise out. Our room was very comfortable and spacious . The manager Eddy was extremely helpful and informative. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area, and an easy walk back from downtown as it’s slightly downhill. If you get in later and you want a place to eat, there is a very nice restaurant just around the corner. There is no elevator, but Eddie kindly carried our bags upstairs. Breakfast is served to you and it includes eggs, fruit and bread. They have a nice room on the top of the building.
