I love the staff at the counter, the cleaning lady and the lady at the kitchen. They all make me and my wife feel welcome.

The staff was fantastic and was responsive to our request to move one of the rooms to the older, better (and less noisy) part of the hotel.

It’s a very clean place, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is near the san pedro market and probably 10 min walking distance from Plaza de Armas Breakfast is honest, nothing fancy or in abundance but it’s okay for the day. Rooms are large but if you can, rather the ones on second or third floor. We stay at first in the first floor and it’s a bit noisy because people leave early for the tours and you can hear everything. Bed os nice, pillow ate a bit hig for me but you can change them in the reception. Bathroom is very nice, good water presure and towers They let you borrow a hairdryer as well

Very friendly staff and were very accommodating to our late check out request. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms well equipped, we were facing the road but didn’t get much noise at all

Location of the property is right close to the Mercado San Pedro and few minutes walk from Cathedral. Bed was super comfy, staff was also exceptional.
