Very friendly staff and delicious food in the rooftop restaurant

There were common areas on the 2nd through 4th floor that are very spacious and comfortable if you want to sit and chat. The elevator give a great view of the street. The restaurant on the 5th floor was really great, as was the included breakfast. (It was buffet style with plenty to choose from and fresh-cooked eggs.) The balcony in my room (313) was spacious and had a great view.

for my preference it was a great location. being close to downtown and it’s amenities it’s very important for us. good breakfast buffet with great coffee

The room had air conditioning which I did not plan to use. But I needed it with so much humidity in the air. It make the stay very comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and had nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and Tv. They had nice facilities with a workout area, food was served on a covered terrace with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was included and delicious with a nice variety of interesting local dishes as well as the favorites. Dinner was good as well, I even tried a local lauger. Lots of fun places to see and explore in and around Tarapoto The price was right.

The hotel is clean and near to the airport. They have an elevator to the fifth floor and air conditioner in the room. The breakfast was a buffet, the best one ever. They have a lot of options to chose ( I personally recommend the salchipapas, very delicious).
