The staff here was super friendly & helpful.
There is bottled water for sale in the lobby, lots of tea and coffee and a decent breakfast.
Loved how the rooms were decorated. Ours was comfortable & clean.
It is a hike to get up the hill, there are stairs no matter which way you go to get there. But the views from the area are amazing!
The street it is on is adorable and there are some great vendors near the aqueduct.
Carmen makes some amazing necklaces.

The location was excellent, on a beautiful street. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.
The view and nice size room. It was in a noisy area and at a higher level of Cusco with a lot of steps. The price was worth it though.
The room design was nice, the staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable.
The views from the room we had (402--top floor but worth the stairs) were spectacular. We also enjoyed the very large bed. Finally, the shower was as good if not better than we expected. Water pressure is great, there is plenty of room in the shower, and we never ran out of hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful--especially with lugging baggage up and down for us. Also, we appreciated being able to leave large luggage there while we went to Machu Picchu for a couple of days. Overall, we were just really really happy with our stay.
