I've stayed at the Posada Tres Marias more times than I can count. I travel to the Sacred Valley for business a number of times per year. The posada - a kind of bed-and-breakfast meets a pension - is always clean, the staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the price point is the best you will find in the Sacred Valley for a comparable place with the sort of cleanliness and friendliness of Tres Marias. The rooms are all very comfortable - but if you need more space, it is best to book the "suite" - a larger room with a queen bed. Every morning there is fresh coffee and juice, and made to order eggs. You feel like a member of the family. This is a great place for a low-key stay if you are traveling to the Sacred Valley for work or a quick turnaround trip. When you plan to experience the Sacred Valley for vacation . . . I have a lot of other places I'd recommend.

I’ve stayed in just about every major hotel - including the top ranked places. Posada Tres Marias is not a luxury destination - but it easily ranks up with the very best! Clean. Dependable. Safe. The hotel has a very peaceful and lovely garden. Great for relaxing. Conveniently located near the center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us stay in Urubamba. Also, the breakfast fruits and avocados are really delicious!! You will feel healthy and energetic in the morning. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Urubamba. We’re really thankful to you! :)
