Very clean with great service and parking in front. This is a well appointment hotel, not a hostal. It is actually clean and has very attentive service. We parked right in front of the hotel with no issues. Just know that driving in Juliaca is almost like in Mad Max with insane city tragic and with Speed Bumps that a dead will not clear and scrape. On top of that there are dips in the road that will go 16 inches into the ground. Besides that, once you're parked, the hotel is great.
Clean beds and hot water in the shower. They also sold water and drinks which were very convenient. There also was a Korean market nearby!!

Very clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Hotel feels very secure, with a buzzer outside for entry and CCTV.
