Very simple check in process, telephone contact with he host, keys were left inside property. Bus stop right next to the apartments, with bus going to the centre and to the airport, very easy to get around. No noise through the night, had a good sleep. TV with smart features, good WiFi available at the property. Didn't stick around for the checkout as had to leave early to the airport, but no surprises, everything was fine.

Even though I arrived earlier than expected, I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to be as helpful as possible, making sure I had everything I needed and addressing any questions I had. Her hospitality made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The only downside was that the room felt quite cold for me. Since the heating was controlled by a central system, I couldn't adjust the temperature to my preference, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, even when I reached out to the host late at night to ask about it, she answered my call promptly and responded with kindness and understanding. Her attentiveness and willingness to assist, despite the late hour, left a very positive impression on me.

Overall, my experience was pleasant, thanks to the host's warm hospitality and helpful attitude.
