Good location, great options for breakfast, comfortable bed. Very good pre-check-in questionnaire regarding all kinds of things. e.g.: used perfume for bedding, pillow preference, check-in complimentary drinks etc.
Our room was beautifully decorated, just like the rest of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Poznan is a wonderful city but I want to go back just to stay here again!
The staff was incredibly nice, they even let us choose a room out of three available with no additional payment. Everything was very well thought out, they even welcomed us with drinks. Every room we saw had a different vibe, all of them exceptional!
homely and individually decorated, no copy-cat design, lot's of personal touches with warm, friendly and helpful on-site team; a warm and natural ambience - like joining somebody's home... Polish hospitality is warm-hearted and very kind.
Hotel is really trying hard to impress every guest and I am loving it! From a free welcome drink to free candies and fruits to home made goodbye cookie - everything was really impressive!!! Breakfast was perfect (although on the second day of my stay staff was too busy to offer me breakfast menu, so I was left without it :( ) beds are super comfy, rooms are big and thoughtful. I certainly will return
