freshly renovated, well designed apartment in a calm neighborhood with houses from the ~70s I guess. really nothing to complain about!
This is an exceptional property, designed for people to live in, rather than just to rent out.
The kitchen has a staggering 18 drawers with kind of literally everything you could want, from cutlery to oil to balsamic vinegar to nori sheets. There is detergent for the washmachine, a drying rack, and, overall, the property sets a ridiculously high standard for apartments in general.
I would honestly be willing to live in a place this well designed.
Oh, and theres a balcony. With chairs and a table. Overlooking a large green area.
