Efficient customer service via phone, everything was "automated", no need for in-person dealing for trivial things such as check-in and out, overall positive experience in every aspect for someone who is only looking for a place to sleep and shower.

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Easy to access, the staff was very helpful. Have all you need to move around. Cleaning was sometimes deficient, but I believe it depends more on other customers than the staff.
I slept really well - it was quiet, clean and I felt safe. Kitchen is well equipped and the hostel is situated in the center of Gliwice. I really like how quiet it was - from my room I couldn't hear my neighbours or people sitting in a lobby.
