I liked the ecological aspect of cleaning on request, the excellent location and cleanliness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and on arrival we received some sweets that impressed my daughter and made her very happy.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern, located within walking distance to the main square and castle. We were impressed with the interior design and furnishings of the place. Breakfast had a lot of food and drink choices normally not included in a continental breakfast in the US, like cold cuts, cheeses, latte, cappuccino coffee, and more. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. All English speaking. Restaurant and bar serving delicious food and drinks. Outside patio to relax. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. If we go back to Krakow we will be staying there again.

It’s a stylish hotel in a perfect location. Easy access to the main square but in a quiet area. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Good facilities and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to the Old Town. Opposite a lovely park you can walk through to get there. The city is beautiful. So many bars and restaurants. Make sure you go off the beaten track, away from the square. You'll find some lovely underground bars with live music.

The location is excellent for Old Town, Wawel Castle and riverfront activities. It is well connected to other areas with good train connections close nearby. Bed was comfortable and there are a variety of pillow options, though the one provided was perfectly fine. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, it did get quite busy after 730. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful, especially as our grasp of the language is minimal. It was very English-speaking friendly. I changed plans to stay at this location a second time at the end of our Poland vacation as it fits every need and want we had for a property
