For me very clean, nicely maintained. Everything worked fine. Pretty comfortable bed and spacious room (lots of air!). The interior is cozy and inviting and furniture looked sturdy (except for the chair). Bathroom comfortable, clean and spacious. Good towels. Also the no-reception check0in worked very well (I received the text message with the room number. Underground, secure parking with quite polite and helpful security people - GREAT.
Tea pot, tea, coffee, nice cups, spoons available - very useful for my early morning wake-up (the hotel does not offer breakfast, so good to have some hot coffee!) :) There's some restaurant in a walking-distance proximity, but I did not check it.
I had a great BALCONY, where I could have my cigar (love it). Big, solid, all-wall window isolated the room from the weather and possible noise (the area is pretty quiet as for the city location.
AC available and the remote was there too (didn't use it though) .
