Location, size of the apartment and nice little private garden. Loved it because it was on the ground floor with parking just in front of the house.
Good location: 2-3km till the city center, possible to get there with a scooter. I enjoyed taking and giving back keys through the safe. Flat is newly modern equipped with two toilets.
Современные апартаменты, всё работает, обставлено со вкусом. Есть патио. Бесконтактный въезд и выезд - удобно. Было очень тихо. Есть удобная парковка.
