Location, cleanliness, room finish, views from the apartment, kitchenette with 2 stove and necessary clean pans and utensils , and the staff/host.
Location and view from the property of the hills is lovely.

Wonderful, clean apartments with superb view to the mountains. The owner is realy nice and friendly, provided a lot of valuable information about trips. Probably one of the best places in Zakopane to stay.
Loved how private and safe the property felt. there was a cute little playground and we let the kids run and play on it from our room. Beautiful quiet location. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy.
