Location, friendly service. Good rooms and beds, and silence to sleep. Our towels were changed nearly every day, althought we did not leave them on the floor. So, the cleaning personal is not working by the rules. The same situation was with our friends. This is waste of environment. In the breakfast hall they took an empty plate away during the others were still eating. It was disturbing and not polite in case of 5 star hotel. My blond friend found a black hair in scrambled eggs, iuuu. The personnel was still speaking pretty poor English. We were just wondering it - Poland has been part of EU already about 15 years.

there was a sign in the bathroom telling that the towels will be washed only if left on the floor. We left them drying in the rack, but they were changed every time. I hope this hotel will take care of the environment more efficiently in the future.
