The hotel was very clean and well laid out.
The keypads were very responsive.
And the hotel staff were nice.
They lived up to their namesake, as the meal they served at breakfast was phenomenal. And well presented.
We were amazed with atmosphere and how friendly people work there. We felt as we are with family. On the top of this food quality, variety...amazing. One "negative" thing....they serve too big portions for breakfast...we shared one and still was too much :)
Hotel was 1 block away from main old town city center. Upon check in all information was provided and entire property (rooms, parking, building) was key coded so no hotel key needed which was quite convenient. They were willing to accommodate my family if 4 with 2 small kids when not many other hotels were willing. We had breakfast included and it was amazing! Food kept coming out to our table and it was more than filling. Essentially counted as our lunch as well. As an only English speaker it was tough but the staff was more than helpful in understanding any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again if in that area of Poland.
