The location is definitely the best of the best about this apartment. Close to Timeout market, near small park, 5 min to the metro and to the walkable area near the bay. 10 min walking to the center. There are groceries and restaurants, many restaurants, cafes, gift shops. Right near the building there is also an underground parking with reasonable prices as for the center. On the roof top of the building there is a nice restaurant with cool view.
Besides that apartment has everything that you might need ( except toilet paper, or at least it was absent in our case :) ).
Apartment windows look inside inner courtyard: you don’t have a view, but as a benefit you get a quite night.
And the stuff is nice and responsive.
