The apartment at the 5th floor has a great view overlooking the coast, having breakfast at the balcony was a nice treat everyday. The orientation of the apartment leaves it most of the day without direct sun which improves the temperature at the apartment, so you can come from the very hot street to a much cooler apartment. With windows on both sides it is easy to have air flow for many hours. Sometimes it may still a bit warm inside but the windows help. Gladly in this summer (2024) there weren't any mosquitos so sleeping with windows open were possible. It is possible to go to the center walking in a very short distance. There is a very large supermarket nearby (Anadia Shopping) with Pingo Doce which is very much complete and better than the one in my city :D

Location of appartment is just perfect for all you can need and visit in Funchal. It is spacy, clean and modern appartment. Living room, kitchen and bath are great. View to ocean is amazing. Really big bonus especially in Madeira is big and comfort parking place. I really recommend this app in Funchal.

The location is excellent, very close to the old town and the cable car. The view to the harbour and the ocean is amazing. The apartment is tastefully furnished and feels really homey. The parking space is a great bonus.
