Very roomy apartment, clean and had all I needed. It was very comfortable and has lots of information available on sights to see, plus restaurants, etc. Carlos was very kind and helpful.

Very clean, good location and very quiet. Great for couples, not far from the beach and lots of stores, restaurants etc. nearby. 3-4 days into our stay, owner asked to come by while we were out to change all of the towels and sheets which was very appreciated.
My stay at Angra Downtownin in August 2024 was excellent. The apartment is very peaceful, perfect for resting, with tasteful decor, great amenities, and immaculate cleanliness. The location is fantastic, close to the centre of Angra and the beach (Prainha), with free parking nearby. I must highlight the kindness of Mr. Carlos, the owner, who gave us a tour of the area and provided useful cultural and touristic tips . Halfway through the stay, the apartment was cleaned, and towels and linens were changed, which was great. Highly recommended!
The location of the property was excellent. It was central but not too close to the festival, which was still going strong at 8am the following morning.
The cleanliness was excellent. And it had everything we needed.
