It is an apartment in a very new construction. Only about 6 apartments with a rooftop pool and lounging area, parking underneath, and all rooms fronted by balconies. Access is by code key to the complex. Owner is nearby and very responsive to texts.

The location close to the beach and old town. Superb ocean, city and sunset views.

Spectacular view from the apartment on the top floor and from the roof, very convenient location, calm street with no noise at night, everything brand new in the apartment, lovely design, cute little pool on the roof, nice people!

The location is perfect..about 5 minutes from the old city center. There is a beach just 3 minutes down the road. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. There is parking available on the site. The host was very friendly, she provided us with lot of useful information like where to go eat as vegetarian, where to get best drinks and what hike paths are currently open. We have got unexpectedly upgraded to a room with a ocean view and the view was just amazing. We have spend there 10 days and it was one of the best and most comfortable stays we ever experienced. Highly recommended.
