Both hosts (Joaquim and Elisabete) are very attentive and personable. Elisabete who has hospitality background understands what service is. Our room is constantly well kept and neat. We have breakfast option and she even packed our lunch for our day hiking trip to Douro Valley. Hosts are very flexible, remember to communicate.
