Excellent breakfast, wonderful, attentive staff to assist with special orders. Loved the gym, pool and facilities. All the hotel staff were warm, friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very professional. Because I used Booking.com, I was told I would not earn Hilton points.

You can catch the Hop on hop off tour bus right out the street entrance to the right 1/ 2 block !!!
Outdoor pool closed because of smoke, believe the indoor pool was open!
Great advantage of staying south of the river from Porto..., so much easier to get around !!!
The property is well located in Gaia and away from noise, beds are comfortable and bathroom large and well equipped. Beautiful grounds and nice pool. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and fruit. Parking garage a plus for us had we had a car and several heavy suitcases. Front desk staff very friendly.
It is a great hotel, very well located in a beautful garden
