A great location to explore Funchal. Facility to check-in and -out.
Cannot beat the location, just near the cathedral. They were very flexible and prompt with timing and luggage questions.
Really nice bedrooms, the view of the plaza is really nice. Location is great. Aircon works perfectly same as WiFi. The water pressure of the shower is really nice and the hot water is more than enough. It has a small kitchen with basic needs but complete.
They help you with airport transfer, which I appreciated.
Easy walk to the city center. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Lovely garden backyard. No elevator, but they will gladly help get your bags to your room.
The main address I was supposed to stay was unavailable because of unexpected circumstances. However they immediately transferred me to a nearby hotel (Pier House) with a very similar room. Overall the staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean.
