I enjoyed my stay in ferraria hotel clean property location good near from all attractions
Friendly staff specially fernando pedro and and maria isadora if i will come back one day to lisbon i will choose the same hotel thank you
Cleaning, location, design, and service were perfect the 24/7 lounge with drinks and snacks is a great idea
The location is in a centrally located area, close to the main sites of interests and shopping. it is also close to a metro stop, which made getting to the airport and/or large train station to connect to Porto easy. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. The breakfast was a small buffet but all the food prepared was good, they elected to have quality options vs quantity. The staff was accommodating and nice. My room was not ready because I arrived hours before check in, but they held my bag, offered me tea/snack in the breakfast room and told me were the rest room is, if I needed it. My room was a good size with a balcony but I didn't get to enjoy it much on this short trip.
The property is in a great location. The rooms are a great size, lots of mirrors (thank you!!) the staff is friendly, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise - make sure you have breakfast here. We didn’t take advantage until our last day.
We stayed for a night but got a very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
