Brilliant location next to tons of bars n restaurants. 2 minute walk from the main pick up point for excursions. Breakfast was really good. Could eat inside or outside. Was able to leave bags at reception before checking in and after checking out too. Price per night with breakfast for end of June was exceptional value for money.

Joselino was exceptional. He is the main reason we would return to Madeira and stay at the Florasol again. He went above and beyond to give suggestions, we landed early and were lucky and got to check in our room. The location was very convenient to what we wanted to do. The kitchen staff was awesome and offered a variety of tasty breakfast options.

Nice location just a few minutes walk from the Lido swimming area (there is a free area and also a natural swimming pool where you have to pay 5 Euro or so). The hotel also has a good swimming pool with plenty of reclining chairs to rest. Breakfast was included and ok, nothing special. Parking is available. Rooms and hotel facilities were all clean.
