Brilliant location, about ten minutes walk from the centre of Funchal, near "Zone Velha". Very quiet area at night. Very modern, clean, spacious apartment with all mod-cons, nice balcony with side view to sea and the cruise ships. Secure indoor parking below and lift to get up and down. It was really nice to be met by the host when we arrived. He explained everything about the place to us. It was also nice to be staying in an area where the locals also live, rather than some touristy hotel strip.

Very well equipped. Spacious, even for 6 adults. Free parking on site for 2 cars. Easy walking distance to the romantic old town with many restaurants.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is in an excellent location only a short walk away (about 10 minutes) from the old town in Funchal where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The centre of Funchal is only 15 minutes walk away.

Apartment is excellent, very spacious and great facilities. Is definitely nicer in real life, the pictures don’t do it justice. Only a very short walk to the old town which is lovely! Host was very welcoming as well. Bathroom & pool towels are provided but aren’t listed which was a nice surprise as well!
