Lovely home and hostess. Very clean and quiet. I would be glad to go there again.

The owner, Matilda, is a wonderful person, full of stories, full of energy. She's incredibly helpful in explaining the area, how to get around, and easy to get on with on an everyday basis. The hostel is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, to clear your head and focus on what you have to do. While there are bicycles available at the property, you will need a vehicle if you would like to get around. It's cycling distances to the ocean (there is a trail starting close by, about 45mins max), pharmacy and a grocery store, but if you need a larger shopping, you will need a car. The hostel is clean, bathrooms are spacious, the cat is friendly, the pool is refreshing. While I was staying there, I needed some space and tranquility to do some writing, and I received just that.

The host went above and beyond for me and after a long wet cycle drove me to the local. Supermarket to pick up some food for dinner and just had such a great time chatting to the host and getting the history of the property. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the house. We’ve stayed for 5 nights and found at the property everything we need, the house is really very well equiped. Espacially thanks for Matilde, we had a really warm greeting from her!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I consider myself a weathered traveller. The host went to great lengths to cater to my needs, prepared dinner, breakfast, entertained with talks. All this for a moderate sum of a bunk bed. Amazing.
