Location was ideal! Right near the metro station with a beautiful park across the road. The rooftop bar and pool had an amazing view from both sides and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.

The staff make this hotel an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop pool was a lovely way to relax everyday before going out in the evening. After having our luggage lost all staff from front desk and more so concierge (Isham De Santos apologies if I got this wrong) went so far out of their way making calls and helping us to get things moving. The friendliness and kindness of all made this a property I would return to and one I cannot say enough positive things about.
