Location was ideal! Right near the metro station with a beautiful park across the road. The rooftop bar and pool had an amazing view from both sides and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.

The staff make this hotel an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop pool was a lovely way to relax everyday before going out in the evening. After having our luggage lost all staff from front desk and more so concierge (Isham De Santos apologies if I got this wrong) went so far out of their way making calls and helping us to get things moving. The friendliness and kindness of all made this a property I would return to and one I cannot say enough positive things about.

The pool and rooftop were very relaxing. The room was cleaned every day - a great way to return after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly nice. In fact, one staff member went out of his way to help us with an ATM situation that had dampened our trip. We felt so fortunate for his kindness.

The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants, and the view of the city out the window, and especially from the rooftop lounge/pool, was amazing. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the rooftop pool but it looked very welcoming. The room was larger than expected from the pictures, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast downstairs had good selections.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for travelers looking for king bed options that aren’t expensive suites. Nice rooftop pool area (though unheard and a tad small). Good location about a mile north of the historical district next to Parque Eduardo VII.
