This hotel is wonderful! Probably one of the best hotel-stays we've had while traveling around the Azores.
The room is super spacious, beds are excellent, the balcony is a big plus. Bathroom is great, shower pressure is good, provided products are of high quality. The breakfast is very varied and fresh, and everyone at the hotel is super helpful.

Nice stay at a proper hotel with amenities. Great view of Mount Pico from my balcony.
Great location in the heart of Horta. The staff was very helpful especially Hernani who called SATA at the airport to change our flight when we couldn’t get through to the website. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The beds were large. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and Pico.
It was easy to find, good parking, friendly staff, nice pool, good views of the harbor, good breakfast.
