Everything was great and the receptionist all of them were super nice, helpful, really they were so kind and willing to answer all my questions. The room was clean and while I was there, everyday they were cleaning it. The best location nearby the plaza and the shopping, bus station.
Good, quiet aircon, nice staff, nice soaps and soft towels.
The hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff is great. The common spaces are arranged with taste and style. The room is very clean and the bed is really comfortable. Joao the receptionist deserves a raise - he was one of the most polite and helpful ever.
Elizabeth was wonderful. you could tell the staff really cares about the guests. Showers and A/C were superb.
