The terrace was the highlight of the property. Very spacious and well-appointed. Shower water pressure was amazing! The owner went above and beyond to communicate about everything and help with any issues.

The location was excellent. The terrace space was nice, even if the normal weather for the season meant we weren't inclined to use it too much, especially since many of the solar lights didn't seem to be working. We liked having more space than a hotel room would have given us. Our host was very nice.

The host was very polite and friendly, made us feel right at home. The house was just what we needed, an amazing private terrace was great for our little one to play ball and run around, the rooms were very confortable and clean. The shower really hot and confortable. The location was perfect, really near the city center and one can walk anywhere. The house was very warm and cozy, with everything one may need for a wonderfull days in Sao Miguel.

The host Pedro was so helpful and friendly, brilliant recommendations regarding restaurants and there was great communication. Also very helpful with car hire suggestion before we arrived. The outside terrace was large and was the main reason why we chose this accommodation so we were not disappointed. The little touches providing coffee, hand soap and shower gel were most welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and very clean, it was nice to know the host was on hand if we had any queries
