We had a great stay as a family of 3 with a 2 year old (we stayed in a family room). The place, especially the lobby has a great vibe, and its great for relaxing with all the beautiful greenery. The hostel is in great location, next to the beautiful Rossio square and close to many good dining and transportation options.
Staying with a kid, we were naturally very happy that there was laundry service available, we liked breakfast variety and the fact there is a bar at the entrance where we could grab a drink after a long day.
Special shoutout to Iracema, Joao and Jota at the reception, always super friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Accommodations were as expected and overall vibe of the place was welcoming and fun. Would stay again.
Common area was really nice and cozy, staff was friendly, great location (inside the station and easy to walk around)
Everything was as expected. Great and clean facilities, the work stuff really helpful and kind people, especially Joao, The location was perfect right in the heart of Lisbon. Definitely recommended it.
The location is really good, inside the Rossio train station, The Breakfast was very good , We stayed in a double room and I didn't expect a mini fridge with a bottle of wine and 4 coke cans complimentary. The staff were friendly and really put in an effort to help
