Carlos was always very responsive and replied to my messages very promptly. He also met us at the property to show us the apartment and explain us how things worked.
The flat is very cosy, rooms are nice and beds very comfy! The area is very central and lively, I would say it's more for young people rather than elderly, both because the flat is on a steep hill and also because it can get a bit noisy in the street at night.
