The room was clean, bright from ample windows, the kitchen had all required to cook. Toiletries were supplied, as well. The staff was very responsive to questions and needs. The location is excellent for accessing the historic section of Porto. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a studio apartment, as projected from the photos (no surprises). The location is great! 200 meters from Trindade metro station, so when arriving from the airport, there is no need for a taxi/uber. It is located near by many attractions, known restaurants, shopping centers and markets. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed for the stay, including dishes, pots and pans, silverware, oven and microwave, etc.

Judging from comments by other guests, I was allocated one of the better apartments and it was one of the best furnished and equipped in my experience of such accommodation. All amenities were available and spotlessly clean and even included an office-standard fire extinguisher and comprehensive first aid kit. The location is very central and a few minutes walk away from two Metro stations. It will be my first choice of accommodation for future visits.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The location was great and perfect for walking everywhere. Although, I only used the fridge, everything was there if I wanted to do my own cooking!! The bathroom is very small and 0 counter space, but the shower was great, with lots of hot water!
