The staff were gracious and extremely helpful. We were able to leave a bag of belongings while we left Porto for a week and collect it when we returned. Very flexible and helpful!!

The location was perfect and it was very clean, the staff was super nice
The staff , all of them were so nice and helpful, although not every one speaks english.It is basic room. You get what you paid for. It is clean and near the center. If it is not long stay and you wil use the room for sleep and shower-then that is the perfect spot.
The owner of the place was very kind, offered us to leave our suitcase there for free indefinitely and without obligation, we accepted the offer,we left our suitcase for 10 days and left to camino portugez coastal
