Clean, well decorated, organized, great location, comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and responsive! Let me check-in earlier and dropped off an iron that I needed. Amazing service.

The apartment is a perfect choice for staying in Cascais due to numerous advantages: Ideal location - center of Cascais, close to the train station (convenient in case of trips to Lisbon). At the same time it’s very quiet inside apartment and building, as windows face the inner yard. Very comfortable apartment with modern design. All equipment is very new, the apartment has dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave combined with oven. Nice bathroom with heated floor which is really relevant for winter time. Good climate control inside the apartment. Bed and sofa with high quality bed linen that are comfortable for sleeping. Special thanks to B-Cascais personnel, especially to Mara, very friendly and kind lady, who helped us with explanations about equipment. We are also very grateful for complementary breakfast in a beautiful location. Overall, we highly recommend Nautico apartment!

The location of the apartment is excellent in terms of its distance to beaches, shops and restaurants etc. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and well-furnished, with all the amenities we needed for our week's stay. The common areas of the apartment block were clean and well-maintained, and the lifts were an added bonus. The invitation for a complementary breakfast at the boutique hotel on a day of our choosing was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed the experience very much. All staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit.
