This was a beautiful hotel right near the train station. Easy to walk or a 2 minute ride to the station. Also a short walk to the mall, water and a row of amazing restaurants. It's far from the touristy part of Lisbon though - about a 25 minute ride, so not the place to stay if you want to be closer to the older/touristy/scenic parts of Lisbon.
