My family loved our stay here. The views are incredible from every room. It's right across the street from a nice black sand beach with calmer family areas and surf breaks. Downstairs there are a bunch of cafes to grab a quick bite or a drink. Miguel and Sandra are the nicest hosts - they gave us great recommendations, left lots of thoughtful touches (welcome basket with local treats, towels for the hot springs, tennis racquets, things for the baby (ex. diapers and a baby towel)), and even drove us to the airport. It was also nice having a washing machine in the unit.

The property is exactly like the pictures show. The location is great. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Sandra and Miguel have thought of so many little added touches like a picnic basket, local flavor of fresh cheese and rolls, towels for beach and hot springs, etc. They shared lots of great ideas with us on what to see and do while we were there. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and has a beautiful view. Helpful hosts with lots of recommendations. Across the street from the beach. Washing machine and well equipped kitchen with supplies like olive oil and spices which are so helpful if you are cooking some meals. Private parking in building which is nice as on-street parking is very constrained and rental car companies do not like dents and scrapes.

Loved the view. Very comfortable and large appointment. Hosts extremely helpful and left lovely care package and suggestions of things to do. Very close to the beach.

The location was good near a beach. We like the amount of space, kitchen with supplies (even had tupperware to put extra food which is handy!). Loved having parking and a dishwasher and laundry available. The view is lovely. Hosts were responsive and kind in providing a welcome basket of local azorean foods to try, much appreciated!
