Sao Jorge Apartments & Suites, Лиссабон, Португалия

The suite was very comfortable, sweet,, what one would expect from Lisbon. Jorge was very accommodating. The neighborhood is close to the main tourist area and the castle. A few pans handlers near the metro but harmless. A VERY diverse neighborhood with many many choices of food and markets. The whole world in a few hilly blocks. Took me about 30 minutes to walk to the river. Gorgeous walk along the riverfront. Very friendly people. Keep in mind if you are not comfortable walking up and down steep hills this may not be the area for you. Lisbon has many many hills!! Nonetheless this is a wonderful spot in the old town with new & diverse residents.

The very good apartment structure, well equipped, shower and heating worked very well, kitchen with all the utensils, on the location, right in the historic center, easy access walking to the main sights, many nearby shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, metro and public transport in general. The host served us very well, gave us all the instructions, suggestions of nearby places, always responding quickly to our messages.
