Location was excellent - close enough to activities without the traffic and noise of being too close. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast was very good quality and quantity. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The free parking was plentiful and much appreciated considering parking downtown is limited - we knew we could park at our hotel and walk to anything we needed in Ponta Delgada within 20 minutes. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi but everything looked clean and well maintained.

Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and very convenient to the airport. Good breakfast, pool and gym.

The hotel was close to everything we wanted and had a great breakfast. Close to a shopping center with a large Continente grocery store and many nearby restaurants including the hotels.
Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean and cozy.
