The food was delicious! The views from our room was breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Lidia went out and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel special for our 18th anniversary!
We stayed at The Views Baia during our honeymoon and the hotel had everything we needed - a delicious breakfast, beautiful pool area, good parking (we did a lot of hikes during the trip), spa, gym and restaurant. The service was good and proactive, always friendly. The location was good as it was easy to get to by car while still being walking distance from old Funchal and restaurant areas.
I asked if they could decorate the room to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they did perfectly even though it was on a 1-day notice
The hotel was just amazing, very relaxing, peaceful, with beautiful views and great facilities. We loved the indoor pool and spa area. The staff were helpful and kind, they made two birthday surprises for me and it was for sure a nice memory I’ll take from this trip. Definitely would recommend.
Great hotel and location. Staff was also really excelent we needed some additional time for the check out in order to make a call and they helped us out, thanks again!
