The hotel was in a quaint area, it’s a pedestrian only area and was close to the Rua Augusta , Praca de Comercio and the Rossio Square. Had lots of opportunities to explore the area. Food places were everywhere, shopping stores were around too. Although as a person with reduced mobility, Lisbon is quite challenging, I think I’d stay here again next time.
We had an exceptional stay. The room was very clean and the windows were very thick so they blocked out noise from the street. Housekeeping was able to provide a mattress topper so our bedding was more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was in a central location so it was very easy to travel around. I also truly appreciated the staff, they were phenomenal at check-in and they even provided a birthday cake for me to make my stay extra special.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Located near the water in the middle of the pedestrian shopping area of the old town. Close to shops, restaurants, public transportation. Loved the complimentary glasses of port in the lobby.
The room was just the right size. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with toiletries. Substantial breakfast buffet. Nice location. Nice boutique hotel. Will stay again if I get the chance to return to Lisbon. Will surely recommend to friends. Staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating!
