Cleanliness
Customer service is obnoxious, the girl at the reception should fired straight away and on the spot. Not only she was rude and unprofessional, she banged on our wall in the middle of the night and implied we will have to leave the hotel before the end of our stay as we were not welcome there. Only thanks to the efficiency of Zen Hotels she relented.
Soundproofing is none existing, you can followed your neighbors’ conversation without any difficulty.
On our bed there were very sharp metal elements and my partner cut himself several times quite badly
