This was such a perfect spot for our first night in Kigali. The building is gorgeous and our lovely two-bedroom apartment was beautifully furnished and super comfortable. We got a 5-star welcome from the staff, which was so appreciated after a long flight and late arrival. We were very grateful for the lovely complimentary fruit basket, delicious orange juice, tea and coffee, and multiple bottles of water in every room. We were only there for a very short visit but this place would be really comfortable for a long term stay.
The property is a gem in terms of cleanliness and overall service
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities were better than I expected, very nice and clean. A lovely place to stay. I had a comfortable time.
This one bedroom apartment was super clean, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed offering a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was superb: friendly, helpful and always available should any need arise. The restaurant delivered a top-notch meal in a pleasant outdoor setting with a wonderful view of the city and beyond.The airport shuttle arranged through The Maya worked well and the driver was courteous and navigated the heavy traffic with experienced finesse.
Definitely would return in the future and highly recommend the Maya.
The place is exceptionally clean and just beautiful, from the garden to the building itself. The room is super spacious, basically a one bedroom flat with kitchen, lounge, etc. Everything smelled nice and you even receive a gown and slippers to use, along with water bottles daily and choccies. Staff here and in Kigali more generally are so friendly and helpful. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us with transport into town and also by keeping our bags after check out. We could even freshen up in a room before our flight.
