Pili Pili staff cares about you. They want to make sure that you are resting and enjoying the amenities. From the start at the airport pick up, you are welcomed by a nice driver who will take you to the hotel. In my case, I arrived late in the evening. At the hotel, they opened the restaurant for me to have something to eat. I had a great restful night in my comfortable and beautiful room. I will definitively coming back to Pili Pili. And try the guacalome!

All went well with breakfast. The food was good and they helped us with early breakfast.

I had such a lovely relaxing stay here. The apartment was beautiful and unique with such tasteful decor. The view over the city of Kigali beneath the mountains was beautiful. I could have sat out on my comfortable garden couch all day looking after it. The pool and restaurant were lovely. The staff were so friendly. I was able to contact them on numerous occasions before my trip with a very prompt response to all my queries. They even accommodated my early check out by dropping me such a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, croissant, ham and cheese to store in my fridge to have before my early check out the next morning which I enjoyed this watching the sunrise over the city of Kigali. The apartment had everything you need from a coffee maker to all facilities as well as a fully stocked mini bar. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again.

Spacious, comfy and well equipped room. Gorgeous views with amazing sunsets. Simple decor, but true to Rwandan culture. Lovely pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food at the restaurant. The TV didn't work the first night, but they fixed it. Thanks!
