Very friendly owners.The building has a good location space.It is located 3 minutes walking from the markets and part city mall.Very comfortable and clean room.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. The place is great! The area is quiet! There is a large mall and supermarket within walking distance! It's a 15-minute walk to the sea and a wonderful beach! The room is spacious and clean. There were all the necessary amenities: a bath, air conditioning, a refrigerator, excellent Internet! The atmosphere in the room and in the house in general is very cozy, with a general design with an emphasis on art! It is worth mentioning separately that there is a shared kitchen and everything you need in it! The owners are very friendly people! They were always worried about our comfort and that we did not need anything! Very good and responsive people! I have not met such people for a long time! A very big human thank you to them for this! We were very pleased with the vacation! As soon as there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again!!! I recommend to everyone!!!

Cleaner than 4 star hotels in this country, it's right next to the mall and Tabacarie's Park.

The location doesn’t have breakfast. The location is nearest one big lake and 1km the beach.
